No minimum client count to get started. Contact us and we'll discuss a seat pool that makes sense for your client base. You can start small and scale as you grow.
Do my clients see SecureAZ branding or mine?
Your clients see your brand. Your logo and colours cascade to their training portal, all notification emails, and completion certificates. From their perspective, it's your platform — SecureAZ powers it behind the scenes.
How does billing work between you and me?
SecureAZ sends you one invoice for your total seat pool at wholesale rates. You handle billing to your clients however you like — markup, bundle into retainer, or include in your managed services package. There's no per-org Stripe setup required for your clients.
Can I access a client's portal without their login?
Yes — that's the whole point. One-click entry from your MSP dashboard gives you full admin access inside any client's portal. No credentials needed, no separate logins. A clear exit banner always shows you which client you're viewing and lets you exit back to your MSP portal instantly.
Can I offer phishing simulations to clients?
Yes — phishing simulation is available as a per-org add-on. You can enable it for individual client orgs and pass the cost through to them at whatever margin you choose. The simulation is fully set-and-forget once configured.
Where is data hosted?
All data is hosted in Sydney, Australia on DigitalOcean managed infrastructure. This means low latency for NZ and AU clients and data sovereignty within Australia. Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery.
